Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of ASOFAST (the "Service"), operated by DHA STUDIO LLC, a company organized under the laws of Wyoming, United States, with a registered address at 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("ASOFAST", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

ASOFAST generates App Store and Google Play listings, including ASO copy, multilingual translations, and marketing screenshots, using artificial intelligence. The Service can also publish or update listings on store accounts that you choose to connect.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Credits and payment

• Access to generation features is purchased through one-time credit packs. There is no subscription.
• One credit equals one listing language or one language of screenshots.
• Credits do not expire.
• Prices are shown on the pricing page and are charged in the currency displayed. Applicable taxes may be added.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you also agree to Stripe terms that apply to the transaction.

4. Refunds

Credits unlock digital content that is generated and delivered immediately. For that reason, credits are non-refundable once they have been used. If you have unused credits and believe a refund is warranted, contact us at contact@asofast.app and we will review your request. Consumers in the European Union, the United Kingdom, and other regions may have additional statutory rights, which these Terms do not limit. By purchasing and using credits right away, you acknowledge that the digital content is supplied immediately.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Submit content that infringes the rights of others or that is unlawful, deceptive, or harmful.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Abuse, overload, or circumvent the limits of the generation features.

6. Your content and responsibility

You retain ownership of the content you submit and of the outputs generated for you, subject to the terms of any third-party services involved. You grant us the license needed to process your content in order to provide the Service. AI-generated output may contain errors and is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or compliant with store policies. You are responsible for reviewing all output before you publish it, and for making sure your listings comply with Apple and Google requirements and with applicable law.

7. Store connections and publishing

You may connect Apple App Store Connect and Google Play accounts. By doing so, you authorize us to submit and update listing content on your behalf when you instruct us to. You remain bound by Apple and Google terms, and you are responsible for the content you publish. We do not control and are not responsible for store review decisions, rejections, or removals.

8. Intellectual property

We own the Service, including its software, design, and brand. These Terms do not grant you any right in our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service. Your content remains yours.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties such as Stripe, Apple, Google, and OpenAI. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error free, and we do not guarantee any particular ranking, download, visibility, or store approval result.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASOFAST will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the twelve months before the event that gave rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ASOFAST from any claim or demand arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or of applicable law.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm us or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

14. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may change the Service and update these Terms from time to time. When we update the Terms, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You agree that the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
